Printed on 300gsm off white Recycled card, using large old wooden type from Wiamate NZ (condensed bracketed slab-serif) with a small 'wide-latin'

Designed and printed by Russell Frost of Hooksmith Press, a small letterpress print shop in East London.
Whilst hunting for a large old wooden 1/2-symbol to print with, Russell enquired to an old type collector/printer upon where he told him how they used to print one, using a large 1 and a 2 with a piece of wooden rule between. This print evolved from there.

In Russell's words: "My work reflects a slower time and a love of typography and the written word. Letterpress is a medium which allows me to collect and re-use elements from the past to create something new; a tangible and tactile connection to history and a continuation of a craft."
